the food industry:
Facilitates and manages local and sustainable dining programs for many
institutional food service programs.

Educates diverse audiences including sustainable agriculture organizations,
food policy groups and food service organizations.

Designed, developed, and implemented the internationally-recognized
Yale Sustainable Food Project by challenging a conventional food
service system with a back-to-basics, nurturing approach that brought the focus
back to where it belongs - the food!

Created and partnered in student, vendor and client programming while
managing food operations at several large universities.
Trained staff and management teams in strategic business planning to execute
innovative programs such as Cooking 101 (a cooking class for graduating students)
and Sustainable Food Training.
